Olympic gold medalist Noah Lyles is returning to training after a refreshing break, and he is sharing the music that motivates his workouts with fans.

After his successful showing at the 2024 Paris Olympics, the current 100m Olympic titleholder is seeking motivation from a different running venue in anticipation of the upcoming 2025 season.

Lyles secured the top prize in the 100m final in Paris, narrowly beating Jamaica’s Kishane Thompson.

 

 

Both competitors finished the race in 9.79 seconds, but Lyles won first place in a close finish, with Fred Kerley taking bronze in 9.81 seconds.

Wrapping up his impressive Olympic year, Lyles added a bronze medal in the 200m, solidifying his status as the top sprinter for the upcoming year of 2025.

While getting back to training, Lyles shared his go-to track for motivation: a remix of South of France by Future and Travis Scott.

In a recent training video, he revealed that the music has been playing non-stop in his car and on his headphones for 24 hours every day.
